Mid Canterbury Dance Champs 2026 is Ashburton’s only locally run inter-school dance competition for Mid Canterbury Schools.
This competition is aimed to provide an opportunity for every child to make it to the BIG STAGE! With 18 schools and 42 dance crews split over two amazing nights and 4 shows.
The Junior Competition (mostly students Years 1-5) dance on Monday 5pm & 7pm.
The Senior Competition (mostly students Years 5-8) is on Tuesday 5pm & 7pm.
Its sure to be two action-packed, unmissable nights. LDA, Life Dance Academy presents this great community event.
